📞 Step 1: Consultation Call (30 Minutes)
A 30-minute phone consultation designed to understand your dog, your goals, and your current challenges, and to determine whether we’re the right fit to work together.
This call is not a training session. Instead, it is an opportunity for us to discuss your situation in detail so I can provide honest, professional guidance on how to move forward.
During this call, we will:
- Review your dog’s history, behavior, and environment
- Discuss the specific challenges you’re experiencing
- Clarify your goals and expectations
- Determine whether my training approach is the right fit for your needs
By the end of the call, you will:
- Know whether I’m the right trainer for you
- Have a clear recommendation for next steps (with me or otherwise)
- Gain a better understanding of your dog’s behavior and direction to move forward
Important notes:
- This is a consultation only — no training or behavior modification will take place during the call
- Please be prepared to clearly describe your dog’s behavior and examples of the issues you’re facing
- This session is intended to determine fit and provide direction, not to resolve issues on the call
📆 Step 2: Book Your First Lesson
If we decide to move forward after the consultation, the next step is to schedule your first training session.
At this stage, we will:
- Select the appropriate training program or lesson structure
- Schedule your first session
- Review any preparation needed before we begin
Training requirements:
All dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations, including:
- Rabies
- DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza)
- Bordetella (kennel cough)
*This helps ensure a safe and healthy environment for all dogs and handlers during and after training.
🐶 Step 3: Begin Training
Training officially begins in your first lesson, where we start implementing a structured plan tailored to you and your dog.
From here, you can expect:
- Hands-on coaching and clear guidance
- A customized training approach based on your dog’s behavior and your goals
- Ongoing support as you progress through lessons
- Personalized training videos after each lesson, featuring you and your dog working on your specific exercises—accessible anytime through your pet parent portal
- Personalized videos with your dog after each lesson
